Committees
As a result of the various issues facing the industry a number
of committees have been set up which meet as appropriate to discuss
and formulate industry responses as well as initiate action to
Government consultations, European Directives, Regulations and
other regulatory proposals.
The committees are responsible for the development of various
industry codes of practice, many of which are supported by
Government departments and LACORS. Ordinary members and factor
members are entitled to join any BSDA committee. Associate members
usually join committee by invitation.
